Segun Garba Ajayi

Mentor in leadership and engineering

  • 🇳🇬 Nnewi, Anambra, Nigeria
  • Stonebridge Community Trust
  • Since 1999
  • English
For 27 years I've mentored people in leadership and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
