I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,060 people through Highland Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Seema
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Seema: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
