Seema Bansal
Trades mentor, New Delhi
- 🇮🇳 New Delhi, Delhi, India
- New Delhi Association
- 1999 to 2007
- English
For eight years I've mentored people in trades and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Seema
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
