Seema A. Rathore

Volunteer mentor with Howrah Community Trust

  • 🇮🇳 Howrah, West Bengal, India
  • Howrah Community Trust
  • Since 2017
  • English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 230 people through Howrah Community Trust. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
