Sébastien Nicolas Leclercq
Engineering mentor, Saint-Étienne
- 🇫🇷 Saint-Étienne, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France
- Queensway Association
- Since 2012
- French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 420 people through Queensway Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
