Sebastião Rafael Cardoso
Youth softball coach and mentor
- 🇧🇷 Olinda, Pernambuco, Brazil
- Olinda Redwood Sports Club
- 1981 to 2007
- Portuguese
I coached softball at Olinda Redwood Sports Club from 1981 to 2007. Most of my players were between 8 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
More about Sebastião
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
