Finance mentor, Derry
- 🇬🇧 Derry, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom

- Since 1997
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,280 people through Our Lady of Peace Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Sebastian
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Sebastian: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
