Sebastian W. Duran
Retired design and technology teacher from Newport Technical College
- 🇬🇧 Newport, Wales, United Kingdom
- Newport Technical College
- 1991 to 2017
- English
I taught design and technology at Newport Technical College in Newport from 1991 to 2017. Most days I taught teenagers, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
I coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Sebastian
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Sebastian: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
