Sebastian M. Kirby

Feeding Allentown for 40 years

  • 🇺🇸 Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States
  • The Fairview Cafe
  • Since 1986
  • English, Spanish
I run The Fairview Cafe in Allentown. We started in 1986 with four tables and one very patient dishwasher. On Sundays I cook for anyone who turns up. I never rush a conversation. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
