Sebastián L. Estrada

Self-taught calligraphy artist

  • 🇺🇸 Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States
  • Since 1992
  • English, Spanish
I work mostly in calligraphy, sometimes sculpture. My first show was in 1992 at The Pittsburgh Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. Most of my work is inspired by folk tales I grew up with. I run most mornings.

More about Sebastián

If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.

What gifts mean to Sebastián: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
