I teach art at Newcastle upon Tyne Technical College in Newcastle upon Tyne since 2007. Most days I teach the final-year class, and I never raise my voice.
I've run the school newspaper after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I garden badly but happily.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
