Helping people break into nursing
- 🇨🇴 Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia
- St. Joseph's Association
- 1985 to 2007
- English, Spanish
For 22 years I've mentored people in nursing and law school. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Sebastián
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
