Scarlett D. Young

Writer focused on local history, San Diego

  • 🇺🇸 San Diego, California, United States
  • Northside Journal
  • Since 1980
  • English
I write local history. My work has appeared in Northside Journal and a few places that have long since closed. I run a small writing group that meets every second Thursday. I take the work seriously, though not myself.

More about Scarlett

Some of my pieces still make me wince. Some, I'm proud of.
