Helping people break into finance

For 15 years I've mentored people in finance and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Scarlett
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
