Sayali Naik
Flute player and teacher in Varanasi
- 🇮🇳 Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India
- Varanasi Band
- 1992 to 2006
- English, Marathi, French
I've played flute from 1992 to 2006, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 19 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Sayali
I wrote my first song when I was 15. It was terrible and I still love it.
What gifts mean to Sayali: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.
