Sayali G. Gala
Computer science and mathematics teacher, Nagpur
- 🇮🇳 Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
- Northside Public School
- Since 1991
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 35 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I make terrible puns. Inside it, I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
More about Sayali
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Sayali: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
