Mentor in entrepreneurship and first-generation students

- Willow Creek Mentoring Circle
- Since 2006

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 580 people through Willow Creek Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
I'm still learning every day.
