Sawsan Rima Gaber
Volunteer mentor with Casablanca Mentoring Circle
- 🇲🇦 Casablanca, Casablanca-Settat, Morocco

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 740 people through Casablanca Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Sawsan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Sawsan: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
