I taught home economics at Lakeview Academy in Leicester from 1995 to 2020. Most days I taught Grade 11, and I played music while people worked.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Sawsan
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
