Helping people break into teaching
- 🇺🇸 Bronx, New York, United States

For 17 years I've mentored people in teaching and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
