Sawsan Jamila Badawi
Printmaking and oil painting artist
- 🇨🇦 Hamilton, Ontario, Canada
- Holy Cross Pottery
- 2007 to 2018
- English, Arabic
I work mostly in printmaking, sometimes oil painting. My first show was in 2007 at Holy Cross Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Holy Cross Pottery, which keeps me honest.
More about Sawsan
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.

What gifts mean to Sawsan: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.

I bought one of your pieces in 2012. It's still the first thing I see in the morning! Greetings from Comilla.
