Sawsan Ines Sarkis
Youth baseball coach and mentor
- 🇪🇬 Zagazig, Sharqia, Egypt
- Maple Ridge Youth Club
- Since 1992
- English, Arabic
For 34 years I've run the baseball program at Maple Ridge Youth Club in Zagazig. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I make terrible puns.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Sawsan
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Sawsan: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
