Savannah J. Baker
Master of thatching, now teaching apprentices
- 🇬🇧 Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom
- Since 2008
- English, French
I've worked in thatching since 2008. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 340 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 10 years later for another job.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to Savannah: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
