Savannah H. Brown
Leadership mentor, Swansea
- 🇬🇧 Swansea, Wales, United Kingdom
- Highland Youth Network
- 1984 to 2022
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,170 people through Highland Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Savannah
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
