Savannah Day
31 years teaching history in Los Angeles
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Andes Secondary School
- 1978 to 2015
- English, Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a bank clerk, and 37 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, my door was open at lunch.
More about Savannah
If you were in my Grade 4 class, you probably remember the snow day nobody expected.
What gifts mean to Savannah: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
