I spent 17 years as a lecturer in mathematics at Tokyo Institute of Technology in Tokyo. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as a bus driver and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
More about Satoshi
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
