Satomi Mai Sato

Helping people break into teaching

  • 🇯🇵 Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan
  • Since 1995
  • Japanese, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,490 people through Shinjuku Learning Hub. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Satomi

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
