Satish S. Mittal
Helping people break into trades
- 🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States
- St. Joseph's Association
- Since 1987
- English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,480 people through St. Joseph's Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Satish
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Satish: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
