Sathi Shirin Howlader
Self-taught sculpture artist
- 🇧🇩 Gazipur, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Trinity Print Workshop
- Since 2007
- English, Bengali
I got into sculpture as a hobby and somewhere along the way it became the thing I do every day.
Most of my work is inspired by the river near my house. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Sathi
I've had 4 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
What gifts mean to Sathi: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
