I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 650 people through Parkside Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Sathi
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Sathi: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
