Sathi Joya Sheikh
Teacher at Silverlake Primary School, loves home economics
- 🇧🇩 Cox's Bazar, Chattogram, Bangladesh
- Silverlake Primary School
- Since 1980
- English, Bengali
I came to teaching late, after working as a waiter, and 46 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I sing in a choir. Inside it, I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
More about Sathi
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me home economics in 2022 at Silverlake Primary School. I still remember the end-of-term party
