I've been a nurse for 14 years, most of them in intensive care at Narayanganj Maternity Hospital in Narayanganj. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
I never rush a conversation. Small things matter when someone is frightened.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
