Sarita Radha Bhattarai
Woodcarving artist in Kathmandu
- 🇳🇵 Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal
- Kathmandu Print Workshop
- 1984 to 2017
- English
I work mostly in woodcarving, sometimes photography. My first show was in 1984 at Kathmandu Print Workshop, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Kathmandu Print Workshop, which keeps me honest.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Sarita
I've had 11 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
Mediums
What gifts mean to Sarita: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
