Saraswathi S. Namboothiri
Painter, potter and teacher at Old Mumbai Art Collective
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Old Mumbai Art Collective
- 1993 to 2018
- English, Tamil
I work mostly in ceramics, sometimes graphic design. My first show was in 1993 at Old Mumbai Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by the river near my house. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
What gifts mean to Saraswathi: A gift would go toward materials for my next series.
