I teach home economics at Holy Cross Academy in Nîmes since 1989. Most days I teach the youngest children, and I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I've run the debate team after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Sarah
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
