Sarah W. Tillman
Volunteer mentor with Pioneer Mentoring Circle
- 🇺🇸 Chandler, Arizona, United States
- Pioneer Mentoring Circle
- Since 1987
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,070 people through Pioneer Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Sarah
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Sarah: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
