I coached tennis at Maple Ridge Football Club from 1996 to 2008. Most of my players were between 8 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Sarah
If you played for me, you probably remember the long bus ride home.

What gifts mean to Sarah: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
