I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,250 people through Arusha Community Trust.
I learn every name in the first week.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Sarah
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Sarah: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
