Sarah R. James
Painter, potter and teacher at Allentown Pottery
- 🇺🇸 Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States
- Allentown Pottery
- Since 1995
- English
I work mostly in textiles, sometimes sculpture. My first show was in 1995 at Allentown Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Allentown Pottery, which keeps me honest.
More about Sarah
I've had 6 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.

I bought one of your pieces in 1995. It's still the first thing I see in the morning. Greetings from Jakarta.
