Sarah K. Newman

Choir director and singer

  • 🇺🇸 Lansing, Michigan, United States
  • Harbor Choir
  • 2004 to 2014
  • English
I play classical and jazz. I started in 2004 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness. I teach about 9 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I garden badly but happily.

More about Sarah

I wrote my first song when I was 17. It was terrible and I still love it.

What gifts mean to Sarah: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
