Sarah J. Vance
Teacher at Starlight Public School, loves special education

Starlight Public School was my second home. I taught special education there from 1999 to 2013, mostly Grade 11.
Over the years I had 500 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Sarah
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Sarah: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
