I teach modern history at Newcastle upon Tyne Institute of Technology since 2001, and supervised 45 dissertations along the way.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Sarah
If you wrote a dissertation with me, I probably still have a copy on my shelf.
What gifts mean to Sarah: Any gift helps me keep buying books for students who can't afford them.
