Sarah Florence Athumani
38 years teaching social studies in Nairobi
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Nairobi Technical College
- Since 1978
- English, Spanish
Nairobi Technical College is my second home. I teach social studies there since 1978, mostly mixed-ability classes.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Sarah
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
