I coached boxing at Newcastle upon Tyne Swimming Club from 1995 to 2007. Most of my players were between 10 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
What gifts mean to Sarah: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
