I taught English literature at Columbus Middle School in Columbus from 2007 to 2022. Most days I taught Year 10, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Over the years I had 890 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Sarah
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
