Sarah Akello Shayo
32 years teaching environmental science in Dodoma
- 🇹🇿 Dodoma, Dodoma, Tanzania
- Gateway High School
- Since 1997
- English, Swahili
Gateway High School is my second home. I teach environmental science there since 1997, mostly the final-year class.
I've run the homework club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I make terrible puns.
More about Sarah
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
