I coached rugby at Parkside Community Club from 2008 to 2024. Most of my players were between 10 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Sara
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Sara: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
