Helping people break into careers
- 🇮🇹 Rome, Lazio, Italy
- Rome Mentoring Circle
- Since 1988
- Italian
For 38 years I've mentored people in careers and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Sara
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Sara: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
