Sapana Newar
Coached volleyball for 46 years in Butwal
- 🇳🇵 Butwal, Lumbini, Nepal
- Butwal Boxing Gym
- Since 1980
- English
I've coached volleyball at Butwal Boxing Gym since 1980. Most of my players were between 10 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.
More about Sapana
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Sapana: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
