Saoirse J. Lynch
36 years teaching biology in Kilkenny
- 🇮🇪 Kilkenny, Leinster, Ireland
- Kilkenny Boys' School
- Since 1978
- English
For 48 years I have been the biology teacher at Kilkenny Boys' School. I teach mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Saoirse
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Saoirse: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
